What sizes does Faden carry?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, true-to-size fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for our draped and wide-leg silhouettes.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within Egypt via Bosta. Cairo & Giza orders arrive within 2 business days; other governorates within 3–4 business days. Free shipping on all orders over EGP 2,000.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay in cash when your Bosta courier delivers your order. No online payment is required at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — unworn items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Use our Exchange Request or Return Request forms to get started.
How should I care for my Faden pieces?
Most Faden pieces are made from linen or satin and are best hand-washed cold or dry-cleaned. Full care instructions are listed on each product page.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not at the moment — Faden currently ships within Egypt only.
