Shipping Policy

Faden currently ships within Egypt only. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Bosta, our delivery partner.

Delivery times

• Cairo & Giza: 2 business days
• Other governorates: 3–4 business days

Shipping fees

Free shipping on all orders over EGP 2,000. Orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — pay in cash when your order arrives via Bosta.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a Bosta tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
